Socio-Legal Awareness
TWEET is dedicated to empowering women by organizing comprehensive awareness programs that address a wide range of crucial topics. These programs focus on educating women about pressing social issues, available employment opportunities, their legal rights, and civic responsibilities. By equipping women with knowledge and practical tools, these sessions aim to build their confidence and enable them to make informed decisions for themselves and their families.
In addition, TWEET places special emphasis on supporting widowed women and single mothers by conducting tailored awareness sessions. These sessions provide a safe and supportive platform to discuss the unique challenges they face, such as financial instability, social stigma, and emotional well-being. Through interactive discussions and expert guidance, these programs explore practical solutions and resources available to help them overcome obstacles and lead fulfilling lives.
Health & Hygiene Awareness
Health and Hygiene Awareness Programs are a cornerstone of TWEET’s mission to improve the well-being of underprivileged communities. These programs aim to educate individuals, particularly those from marginalized and deprived segments of society, on critical health and hygiene practices. By addressing issues such as sanitation, disease prevention, nutrition, and personal hygiene, these initiatives empower participants to take proactive steps toward better health.
TWEET conducts these programs in remote areas, urban slums, and slum-like settlements where access to quality healthcare and hygiene facilities is limited or nonexistent. Through interactive workshops, demonstrations, and informational sessions, we aim to bridge the knowledge gap and promote healthier living environments.

Self-Defence Training
To empower young girls and equip them with the skills to protect themselves, TWEET conducts comprehensive self-defense training programs. These initiatives were introduced in response to the rising instances of crimes against women and girls, particularly in metropolitan cities where safety concerns are significant. The training aims to instill confidence, resilience, and the ability to act decisively in challenging situations.
The program covers a wide range of practical skills, including physical self-defense techniques, situational awareness, and strategies for assessing potential threats. Participants learn how to effectively gauge their surroundings, identify danger, and respond smartly to various scenarios to ensure their safety. The training also emphasizes mental preparedness, teaching girls to stay calm under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
