New Delhi, December 13, 2023 – TWEET, in collaboration with Hamaari Sada Trust, inaugurated another Adult Literacy Center in Madanpur Khadar. The initiative, launched on December 13, 2023, is geared towards empowering community women through the enhancement of their reading and writing skills.
Ms. Rahamthunnissa A, the Chairperson of TWEET, presided over the program, delivering a powerful message encouraging women to seize the opportunities provided by education and leverage their skills to enhance their economic well-being. During her address, she emphasized the importance of education as a tool for empowerment.
Ms. Shaista Rafat, the General Secretary of TWEET, played a pivotal role in motivating women to embrace basic literacy and to foster a learning environment for their children.
