About the Conclave 

Civil society has always been at the heart of India’s development journey. Among its most powerful changemakers are women-led NGOs, driving transformation at the grassroots. 

Yet, in today’s fast-changing socio-political and economic landscape, these organizations face new challenges—resource gaps, digital divides, and rising demands for transparency, agility, and inclusive leadership. 

LeadHERship 2025 responds to this need. This two-day national conclave will bring together NGO leaders, practitioners, policymakers, and visionaries to share knowledge, build capacity, and shape the future of women-led development in India.

Objectives 

The conclave is designed to:
