TWEET organized a group counseling session for widows as part of its Widow Support Program at the Vision Harmony Center in Brijpuri, New Delhi. This interactive program was attended by 14 women. The session was led by Ms. Khalda Hussain, who addressed the trauma and ongoing challenges that these women are experiencing. The women received comprehensive counseling for their psychosocial issues and were provided with strategies to overcome stress. They were also encouraged to rekindle their aspirations, nurture and educate their children, and pursue their dreams.
